Sticks around in one place for long periods of time, to gather energy. With its energy, it can move around using its hands and arms, albeit rather slowly. When close to a foe, uses its arms to grab and hold on tight to that foe, dealing 1 damage every 3 seconds. Up to 4 Rivalroids can attach to a single foe, every additional rivalroid after the first reducing that foes' speed by 33%.
Secondary
If Burned or Electrify(ed), moves three times as fast and explodes in 5 seconds after the status is applied, dealing damage equal to power in a large radius and destroying itself.
