For each golden mark in any mark network, all gifted allies have their gifted boosts improved by 5% regardless if theyre in influence range.

Spawns a golden mark, which boosts all buffs of gifted foes by 20% * gifted ally count + 10% * common ally count. Common allies also recieve a boost, but only to power, health, and speed, by an amount equal to 33% the buff gifted allies recieve.

Networked marks behave as counters for allies; non-golden marks as common allies, and other golden marks as gifted allies.
