Spawns a quarternary mark, which boost allies' quarternary ability count by 1 in its influence radius.

Other marks can network; Quarternary marks improve the +1 count boost further, other ability-based marks boost speed of quarternary abilities by 10% on top of the default boost regardless of specification. All other types of marks improve the quarternary boost by 0.5 (+1 every two spare marks, decimals have no effect on count).
