User can twist to charge its 4 power up to 8 power, takes 3 seconds to fully charge. At full charge, gets swung in a large circle around the user for 1 second, striking anything caught in the arc with wicked high knockback and 8 damage. Struck foes take 12 damage instead if theyre Paralyzed or Frozen.
