Tertiary
Flames can linger for a random amount of time at the end of their range, depending on how many things they hit before they reached their range- lasting longer if they hit less things. These lingering flames will behave as weak obstacles to opponent projectiles.

Crosshair waves around in a quick arc while firing, spewing flames in that arc. Shoots these flames in quick bursts, which first Char foes, and then Burns them. Can fire for up to 10 seconds at a time, regenerating 1 second instead of 1 bullet.
Holds up to 15 seconds, flame lasting twice as long, and even having a 5% to come out as a blue flame; which uses 2 seconds to be produced, but deals thrice the damage and lasts twice as long, as well as inflicting Special Burn.
Tertiary
Flames can linger for a random amount of time at the end of their range, depending on how many things they hit before they reached their range- lasting longer if they hit less things. These lingering flames will behave as weak obstacles to opponent projectiles.
Flames will begin to blow away weak, small projectiles when they draw near.
