Has 50 max MPs, can cast a variety of spells depending on the weather. In sunny weather, beams hot currents of air for 3 MPs/second, these currents can melt most obstacles and blow away light foes. Heavier foes begin to lose 50% of their weight rapidly before getting blown away as well, and foes who persist in the current begin to take damage. In rainy weather, shoots 2-12 large spikes of water in every direction based on charge time, using 2-12 MPs. These large water spikes deflect off of obstacles and deal 2-8 damage, along with dealing high knockback and dragging foes whom are caught in a spike. In snowy weather, rises an ice pillar up from beneath them for 10 MPs, making foes in the immediate vicinity Frozen and taking them off of the ground. If they go above the clouds, their snowy-weather specific moves are disabled. In thundering weather, concentrates lightning clouds over wherever they choose for 5-20 MPs depending on the intensity of the weather. Concentrated clouds of lightning will begin to strike more often wherever they choose, making foes Paralyzed and Electrifying allies.
Tertiary
For half of their current MPs, they may also inflict themselves with XRay for >10 MPs, Bubble for 11-20 MPs, Metal for 21-30 MPs, and Invincible for 31+ MPs! Statuses acquired this way also have a 5% to also apply to one ally in view, and moves used while any of these statuses are enabled this way deal 10% less damage but are 20% larger.
